W.A.R. - Woman at Risk

   Women At Risk (WAR) is a ministry to commercial sex workers in the urban areas of Ethiopia. WAR seeks to rescue these young women from street life by enrolling them in a year-long program of skill training, spiritual teaching, counseling, and mentoring. Serving the cities of Ethiopia since 1994, WAR trains as many as 15 women each year through its interactive group program—and has experienced great success. The lives of many women have been changed forever as they have learned income producing skills and as they have been introduced to Christ.
